Player not rendering in creative and survival after using spectator in full screen/maximized window
Steps how to reproduce (at least for me):
1. press F11 or press maximize button
2. set gamemode to sp
3. tp to for example 99999 99 99999 (must be not yet generated area)
4. set gamemode to c
