[MC-107815] illagers respawn

Not sure if intended or not, but illagers do not respawn in mansion.

This is not bug. That would be too overpowered. because it can make totem of undying and emerald farm and that would be more extremely common and easy find than diamonds

Trading and mining emerald ores is already enough

What about Peaceful mode? If you switch to Peaceful and back, shouldn't the Illagers I haven't killed come back?
