Shulker boxes are only dispensed in the right direction if air below it

Shulker boxes are only dispensed in the direction of the dispenser if there is air below.
Shulker boxes should always be placed in the direction of the dispenser if the shulker box could be opened in that direction.
This would give more control over the placement to the player.
