Elytra texture not working

Me and my brother where trying out the new snapshot and when we put Elytra on the texture was wrong. Whenever we had an item in our hand it looked like a table with all the Items on it, when we had armor on it looked like that armor, and when we had no armor on and nothing in our hands it looked like our skin.
