Player gets stuck in dirt near farmland

In a singleplayer world with seed 7798153096121680426 i got randomly stuck in a piece dirt near a farmland with potatoes at the earliest stage of growth. I paused the game and i recorded a video where i manage to get out. I can't jump, but going near the edge of a sandstone block got me out.
Attached is a .flv video, the lack of sound is a recording software issue.
