Piston translocation isn't working

In 16w40a, it's unable to build piston elevators anymore. It's really annoying, 'cause lot of builds build that uses this elevator now need to be changed.

This is intended. The piston translocation behaviour was a bug that has now been fixed (see MC-89030).

My secret bases elevator is broken 😞 It sucks I spent so much time on it. Hope this gets rebugged
