Magma Block damage on mobs in the water and not burning items

This facilitates the multiplication of items giving advantage to cheating with Redstone.

The fact that mobs don't get their drops burned on magma blocks is intended.
This is actually a feature request, not a bug.
And this is actually 2 "bug reports".
