Head NDB Tag Not working

Use

/give @p minecraft:skull 3 3 {SkullOwner:"CoffeeKid"}

I Did Do that Command, but it did not work.

I want My friend, coffeecow's head, but now it is giving me Alex's head.

Sounds like you're playing in offline mode, restart the game and launcher, then click play (not play offline) if it doesn't show that log out and log in on the launcher.

But the command @unknown provided is correct.
