I was testing my server with the new update and i did notice i was glitching/teleported back to my previous location (like some PE servers did back in the days) i was the only person on, so i looked at my server console and it printed out (player moving to fast) a bunch of times. i did restart the server but it didn't work.

How can this be a duplicate is a new issue because https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-90062 is marked as fixed in 16w07a? maybe it should be reopened.

Because it's not marked as fixed, a fix attempt was made, but didn't succeed.
