Torches don't make placing sound on Fences, unless Shift is pressed

Pretty much says everything in Summary, I'll post a Youtube video link here so you can hear the sound difference. I recently discovered a bug while I was playing on 1.10 survival (gotta practice dat new PvP mechanics, b0ss 😉 ), but since it was an audio bug, I thought a video would demonstrate this problem well → https://youtu.be/Sqot8fMzbLs

1.10.2 - Torches don't make sound when placed, except when shifting
1.9.4 - Torches don't make sound when placed, except when shifting
1.8.9 - Torches make sound when placed, even when not shifting
1.xx (anything below 1.8) - Makes sound when placed, even when not shifting

PS: This bug also exists on 1.9. but I can't choose it for some reason ;-;
