[MC-110004] Enderman/blaze don't drop experience when hit with splash/lingering potion

When i throw splash/lingering bottle of water on enderman/blaze. They don't drop experience, even if player throws.

They can be, if the bottle isn't thrown directly at them, they won't teleport.
Endermen only teleport if a projectile is flying directly into them, that's what the code checks.
