Crounching with the speed effect lvl 15 or higher is buggy.
It looks like you get skuck for a brief moment.
with this command you can get the minimum speed effect lvl:
/effect @p minecraft:speed 20 14that only occurs in survival and adventure gamemode and not in creative.
singleplayer and multiplayer are affected.

Why is this a duplikate of MC-10755 ?
Normaly you can use the speed effect at a higher level without a Problem . Only sneaking is Not working correctly. Maybe Minecraft Don't allow to fast movement while sneaking .
