Bug in base color of banners collected via commands
What I expected to happen was...:
I was creating banner designs on
http://www.needcoolshoes.com/banner
I would copy and paste the command in a command block.
Before 1.11, it was totally fine.
What actually happened was...:
The base color ends up being black no matter what I actually chose
Item's don't use the Base tag anymore, use the damage value.
