Every time I try to load a world the game will crash

Every time I try to load a world the game will crash
What I expected to happen was...:
That the world will load normally and I can start playing the game

What actually happened was...:
The game crashed (happens right after the hotbar loads and right before the terrain begins to load)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch the game
2. Click on singleplayer
3. Attempt to join a world
4. The game loads partially
5. Then the game crashes

Also this has been doing this since 1.9, but never to the point where the game crashes everytime I try to load a world
