Loot Chests in end city, droping items

In end cities, mostly in the part with ender chest and sigle chest, the loot what's inside the chests is not in the chest but dropped on the ground, chests aren't there also.

I've posted 2 screenshots, 1 is normal one, 2nd is the glitched out without chests.
