[MC-111438] Unable to double click items in creative inventory to group

Players are unable to restack any item in the creative inventory (hotbar works fine).

Can't reproduce. All items stack fine

Edit paper and firework stars also affected while fireworks and other items are not affected

Occurs with all items in the creative inventory only.

Regular stacking works fine but when trying. To left click twice on the items trying to restack then does not work

Issue in creative mode is MC-65086
