Levitation effct level 254 causes damage

/effect @p minecraft:levitation 10 254 results in fall damage being taken falling for four or more blocks, afterwards strange behavior is exhibited by the player character by way of bouncing at increased hights for each landing until death or continuous fall damage until death.
