Persisting elytra "Whoosh" noise

I was messing around with the firework rocket boost in the 1.11.1 snapshot and quit while flying which caused the "Whoosh" sound to persist

While flying with elytra fast enough to get the Whooshing noise and save and quit and the noise will persist in the title screen and in the world.
