When I updated my server from 1.11 to 1.11.2, I see players lost the statistics of pickup totems.

And the server prints:

[19:41:23] [Server thread/WARN]: Invalid statistic in ./Mainland/stats/26f128ff-9225-4043-9232-6b512e5e72b9.json: Don't know what stat.drop.minecraft.totem is

That'll be because they changed the item name from "totem" to "totem_of_undying".

@unknown is right. There is currently no upgrade path for statistics.
