Mobs can spawn despite light level being 8 or more

Can you post screenshots and/or provide world download?

PS: I'm on survival mode

1. Zip your world folder (you can use WinRar or 7zip)

2. Use "Attach Files" button at top of the page.

3. If your world is too big, then upload it to any free file hosting and give the link to your file.

Also, Environment is supposed to only contain PC details

Download all in same folder and unzip (with 7zip)
in this area of castle a creeper spawned near where "the player" already is.
in the village below (fenced), zombies spawn more frequently
I double fenced all the area and still happens.

1year... nothing yet? :/

Is this still a issue in the latest version of the game(currently 1.13.1)?
