Crashes (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION)

When I start MC it always chrashes at the moment when im joining into a world. Then the launcher opens and shows me that error report. What should i do that my minecraft will be working again?

P.S. it affects all versions, but i had to choose 1.11.2 at the top
