Punch II can enchant a sword

I have noticed on my realm that through an anvil I can enchant a sword with actually not just punch but ANY enchantment on a sword. Please fix this.

See MC-107905. I suspect you have been in creative mode while enchanting the sword. In survival, it would have worked as expected.

I was in survival because that world is my survival realm and I don't cheat. 🙂
