Texture armor bug

I want the armor to look semi transparent
But when I wear enchanted armor I can not make it look transparent
But if the chest armor enchanted
What texture should I edit so that the whole armor is semi transparent?

Normal armor if it looks transparent

Enchanted armor does not look transparent

I am creating transparent armor
Normal armor looks transparent
But when I wear enchanted armor it looks normal armor
