[MC-112420] Epic Nether Portal Glitch

This is an epic generation glitch that is very bothersome, the portal is only one block big and it was randomly generated. This is weird and It needs to be fixed

Was it generated after you used a nether portal or did it just generate naturally? If the last one applies please provide seed and coordinates

After I used the nether portal, it generated into this

this has only happened once to me after about 650 attempts, making this a pretty rare glitch
