My self created skin on minecraft.net gets back to the Alex skin, when I enter a offline world.

When I enter a Server, I get kicked and it says, "Minecraft session server is currently offline" but it took the whole day.

This is simply because some of the Mojang servers are timing out or running slow. The best thing to do in this case is to wait for them to come back online - your skin will work correctly and you'll be able to enter servers without getting kicked.
It's only been happening for the last hour or so, too.
