[MC-11279] Anvil getting up before falling

When I place a anvil block in the air, it instantly goes up then drop down. It look like it is jumping before falling.

Environment

Windows 7 64 bit Edition Familiale Premium, java JDK 7 update 12, Intel Core i3 M 380 2.53 GHz
