White Screen of Launcher or during Gameplay since new launcher

The following happened after using new launcher:
I sometimes meet white screen when opening Launcher.
When I am able to play minecraft, it turns into white screen during gameplay.
Sometimes, the game looks so strange especially the language. I've set chinese as my language but the words shown up are not understandable for me. I've seen some animals are invisible and some of them are even full of words on their bodies.
