chain command blocks aren't activating if they are put in the world in sertain ways

i use the minecraft on pc, i am using the leastest oficial version of minecraft released (1.11.2) so, the chain command blocks are bug'd becouse, when i use ctrl+rightclick on a vhain command block i get it with the command it was on the ccb (chain command block), and when put i this order: impulse»chain»chain... the ccb that i put in the world that i got from using ctrl+rightclick (let's sopose that is the first one) the following ccb are unfunctional, like if the first ccb just dissapeared (i think that the same happens with ccbs that are put in the world using commands like:/setblock ~ ~ ~ chain_command_block 5 replace {Command:/say 😃} pls fix it, if you didn't understand something, i'm sorry, couse i am portuguese, so, yeah, i can have some errors
