[MC-113664] Failed to download file. icon

When I click on the Minecraft icon I keep coming up with the same error.
The message reads as follows;

I FIXED IT!

I used my sister's Minecraft folder to copy the folders "objects" and "skins" into my own Minecraft folder. My Minecraft was missing the whole object folder for some reason.

@RC where do you drag the folders? into %appdata% and did you drag the skins folder as well?
