Weapon / Tool Attack Cooldown Stuttering / Jittering when Loading

The bug

Weapon / Tool Attack cooldown stuttering / jittering when selecting from one tool / weapon to another tool / weapon.

How To Reproduce

1. Make a new World (No Matter - Creative, Survival)

2. Get a few tools / weapons; For Example: Diamond Axe, iron or diamond Hoe, iron or diamond sword, ect.

3. Turn on your Attack Indicator (Nex to your hotbar or crosshair)

4. Select for example any tool / weapon. For Example: Diamond or Iron Hoe;

5. Wait to cooldown is finished and the tool is loaded;

6. Select another tool / weapon, for Example: Diamond Axe;

7. Instantly look at your Attack Indicator and see "Stuttering / Jittering" the loading bar, when loaded 3 or 4 millimeters up.

• It works on almost every Tool / Weapon with more Cooldown, to easly see the "Stuttering / Jittering / Lag"
