Fishing rod cannot pull XP orbs

This is correct. Fishing poles should not be able to pull experience orbs.

Probably intended, fishing hooks can only attach to entities you an collide with or items. This means it won't attach to witherskulls, small fireballs, dragon fireballs, arrows, snowballs...

I agree with [Mod] Bemoty here, as exp orbs are not physical things.

I am able to confirm this behavior in 21w41a. Here are some extra details regarding this problem.

The Bug:

Fishing rods cannot be used to pull experience orbs.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Obtain a fishing rod and summon an experience orb a fair distance away from you.

/summon minecraft:experience_orb ~10 ~ ~ {Glowing:1b}

• Use the fishing rod to attempt to pull the experience orb closer to you.

• Take note as to whether or not fishing rods can be used to pull experience orbs.

Observed Behavior:

Fishing rods cannot be used to pull experience orbs.

Expected Behavior:

Fishing rods would be able to be used to pull experience orbs.
