the music does not turn off when set to 0% in the settings

I expected the music to stop being played.

Instead it continued being played in-game after being set on "no music"

How to reproduce:
1:press esc and got to settings
2: go to "music and sounds"
3: set the music to 0% (displays "music:NO/off)
(my game is not set in english so i translate litterally)
4:go back to the game, the music is still being played.

this bug happens all the time,the only way i found to turn the music off is to turn the whole main volume to 0
