[MC-114918] Boat recipe is unlocked when the player touches water

With the new crafting system and having to unlock recipes, you can unlock the recipes for all boats before you even get a piece of wood. The recipes will not show up in the recipe area, but it will say in chat that they are unlocked. To "unlock" them, all you have to do is jump in water and it will say they are all unlocked.

I can confirm also for 17w14a. However clarification would be helpful on how the boat recipe is actually obtained. I don't believe I was near water at the time the recipe was added for me, in case that is supposed to be the condition.

This is likely intended to give the players hints. The boat recipes are unlocked when you enter water and for example the recipe for flint and steel is unlocked when you put obsidian in your inventory.
