Going in water in a new wolrd show a new recipe pop-up

When starting a new world and going into the water for the first time, the game will tell you that you can make a boat but if you open the inventory you can craft anything

How to reproduce :

• Start a new world in survival or creative

• Find the nearest pond/ocean

• As soon as you enter the water, the pop up for new recipe shows

• Open inventory and notice you can't craft anything
