[MC-114976] Parrots don't show up on subtitles

I started up a super flat world and turned subtitles on and the parrots did not show up.

Confirmed (also for 17w13b). Their imitations of other mobs do show up as subtitles, but not the regular idling/hurt/death sounds.

Not fixed in 17w14a, the translation lines exist now, but are unused (not set in sounds.json).

Fixed now, sounds.json got pushed.

Edit: sorry for the spam, I need to double check stuff next time... :/
