While on a Linux VPS Server, cannot craft nor unlock recipes

(1st Screenshot): I have a wood log in my inventory and yet it does not trigger the recipe unlock, therefore I cannot craft any wooden items (doLimitedCrafting is false)

(2nd Screenshot): No advancements UI shows

I have tested this with other players as well and it seems to be creating the advancements folder and files for each player, however it does not write to these files (Or does not check in the first place). Keep in mind that these files have full 777 Read/Write/Execute Permissions.

I'm not 100% sure that this is a bug, but the new recipe system does work on single player so I'm not quite sure what the issue is here as it may be that it is running on a VPS, better report it anyway just to be sure.
