[MC-115162] Right clicking with carved pumpkin or skull does not equip it as helmet

Right clicking with a carved pumpkin or a skull does not equip it as helmet.

Note: This might be intended to prevent accidentially equipping these items when the player instead wants to place them as blocks.

I don't think that's a bug. I'm pretty sure you could never do that. They should add that though

Pumpkins and heads can be placed on the ground by right click.

But if you are not looking at a block they should / could be placed on your head.

Might be a suggestions though, but it would make it consistent with armor.
