[MC-1153] Torch texture

Whenever you place a torch or redstone torch on the wall, if you go under it, there's a texture-bug. Idk if this is too small to fix, but it is an issue? 😛

Confirmed. Torch is missing texturing on its underside.

I was thinking about that yesterday I thought should I suggest it, then though nah. But they have put this in 1.4.4
