Sometimes when you drop an item or mine a block it gets duplicated.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Dropp an item a few times on the ground and collect it again.
2. You will see that it gets duplicated sometimes.
3. Mine a few blocks in Survival Mode.
4. You will see that they alsp het duplicatet sometimes.
