Parrots don't die when doing /kill @e IF on shoulder

When doing /kill @e, if the parrot is on your shoulder, it doesn't die, but just spins around on the [You Died!] screen.
If you're in creative mode, it will ONLY do that in one spot: around the body.
But Also teleports a block a so each second if you look in f5
