[MC-11573] Mobs will equip stacks of gear.

Mobs capable of picking up gear from the ground will take an entire stack of items - not just 1 item from the stack.

I think he means if there are 64 chestplates in a stack, the mob will take them all. Even though its not possible in survival mode, you can stack armor and other stuff with the /give command.
