Recipe Book does not work in latest snapshot, and does not show.

Recipe Book is broken in latest snapsot cannot see it in inventory slot below crafting menu.

Probably a resource pack issue. Anything made before 13a is missing the icons from the crafting_table and inventory GUI images. Anything before 14a has the wrong icons, if they are there. The icons should be little green ones, in the original Mojang files at:
minecraft\textures\gui\container\
Most likely a duplicate of MC-115085.
