Sand doesnt fall at very far distances

Sand wont fall at extremely far distances, it just plays the animation of sand falling, and you can break the hovering blocks.

How to Duplicate:
1. Teleport to x: 12550820 y: 65 z: 129
2. Place sand where it would normally fall (Sand MUST be blaced on east side of block, or it will fall)
3. Done!
