Inception Boat-Sends you back where you originally started

Build up to block 244, one under the block height limit. Then, remove all blocks under the top block like in the screenshot.

Place a boat like in the screenshot, get in, and fall through the block.
Oh, but that's not the bug...

Once you fall back to the ground, get out of the boat and...

You will be back up at the block where you started.

Note: Momentum is capped, as you are falling your speed will fluctuate if you start going too fast.
Note: You cannot place a block or another boat on the block you fell from.

What the heck is going on?
Will post short video.

This is not a duplicate. The other report is the "Falling through the block" thing, but it doesn't warp you back to the spot the boat was originally placed.

Yeah that's same thing I described in MC-811.

I wasn't playing online, I was in a single player world.

There should be NO desync offline as you aren't connected to a server. And because MC-811 is server-related, it is a different issue.

Tails

Since 1.3 Minecraft internally simulates a server. That's why bugs like MC-4, MC-10, MC-162 etc. occur.

Here found another one: MC-11533.

The internal server is by far the worst addition to Minecraft. It was just fine without it.

If this is a duplicate of MC-811, then I have 2 things to add:

1) There should not be any sort of Desync in an offline game, but the Internal server ruined that completely
2) Boats are now unreliable, as placing them anywhere causes this to happen.
