When in fullscreen mode, i'm unable to use Win+G.

The Windows Game Recording menu appears in fullscreen.
*Minecraft give me... *
All screen flashes with brightness (Even GUI!)
I'm unable also to create screen shot (I'm tested 2 times!)
I'm Also unable to create a Game Movie in fullscreen.
Windowed haven't this bug.
