Environment
Windows 8.1, java is unknown but is presumed to be at least 8, computer itself is an HP envy, not much else is known about my computer because I simply don't require it that often.

I have this as well. My player happens to be in the end. I open the world, stare at the screen for 2 secs, can't move. Then a game crash.
I have also experienced this bug, in the same way as described above--entering the end goes fine, and the blocks in front of me load, but after a second or two the game crashes. I've uploaded a crash report.
