[MC-116659] Entering the End causes crash.

Step 1. Load Minecraft.
Step 2. Find Ender Portal or create one.
Step 3. Enter Ender Portal.
Step 4. End Loads.
Step 5. Observe Game Crash.
Step 6. Create Bug Report.
Step 7. Include angry letter in Step 8.
Step 8. Q
Step 9. Wait until the fix comes out.
Step 10. Play School of Dragons while waiting.
Step 11. Finish this Bug Report.
Step 12. Rockatoa, Brickticks out!

I have also experienced this bug, in the same way as described above--entering the end goes fine, and the blocks in front of me load, but after a second or two the game crashes. I've uploaded a crash report.

I have this as well. My player happens to be in the end. I open the world, stare at the screen for 2 secs, can't move. Then a game crash.

The crash seems to only occur in worlds where the end has already been generated in a previous version. Also in my testing, I am able to move for the 2 seconds before the crash.
