No toast is shown for first advancement made

The bug

No toast notification is shown for the first advancement a player makes.

This is a general problem and does not only affect "Minecraft" (story/root) despite it usually being the first advancement a player makes.

How to reproduce

1. Create a new world

2. Put a crafting table in your inventory to unlock "Minecraft" (story/root)
   → No toast for the advancement is displayed

3. Create a new world

4. Put obsidian in your inventory to unlock "Ice Bucket Challenge" (story/form_obsidian)
   → No toast for the advancement is displayed

5. Put a crafting table in your inventory to unlock "Minecraft" (story/root)
   → A toast is displayed
