I loaded Minecraft in the 17w17a snapshot. I wanted to see the new advancements and I entered The End, the chunks loaded but after one second the game just crashed. At first I thought that the problem was coming from my computer and I created a brand new world in this snapshot and it happend again. Then I decided to report this little bug.

I think this might be the same as MC-116659.
This happens to me as well. I'm playing in survival if that makes any difference. I wouldn't call it a little bug though. It's fairly bad. Glad I just backed up my save before I opened the new snapshot.
