If a player open a chest that contains lots of written books with lots of contents in it, it will consume lots of network bandwith and let the game become very laggy.
I think the game client should only download the title of the books, it doesn't need to download all of the contents in these books.
If I put 27 written books into one shulker box, everyone take this shulker box will make them suffer from the low network. The game become hardly to play, players get unmovable and server client spams "Player moved too quickly"
I am unable to reproduce, and this doesn't seem like a bug, but rather seems you should all get yourself a better pair of computers if you can't even load a single chest with 27 written books.
