I GOT IT
I don't know what world is causing the issue.
now the deep dark experimental snapshot causes the same issue
Thank you! That worked. Now I wonder if all I have to do is find that same folder in Windows and doing the same thing.
Edit:
Now I get a (non-fatal) warning: "Oh no! Something went wrong, and you will not be logged in automatically next session. View our troubleshooting guide here." The link takes me to the "Secure Token Storage Failure on Linux". I don't have time to right now but I'll try that troubleshooting guide at some point.
I can't login because "Something went wrong with the login process."
This issue exists for my java launcher on BOTH Windows and Ubuntu. I haven't been able to play Minecraft for weeks.
I have fixed it. I added more details, and I'm sorry for having all caps in it. I don't know how to undo the caps lock.
Ah okay sorry I'll report this to paper
Done.
This is happening to me as well I just want to play Bow Blitz 😞
it doesn't anymore...
Ok
Thank you tryashtar. I did. I did not know crowdin existed prior to this. I have reported the error.
my username is Alsym by the way
I think I found the solution. Check if the random tick speed is absurdly high. When I was playing, my friend (an op) wanted his crops to grow, so he made the tick speed like 1000000, causing lots of lag. I changed it back and the problem was solved.
This is also happening to me. I use Java edition and my Username is Alsym. This happens all the time with me. I even upgraded my computer and this still happens. I use a standard survival world.
And that screen shot is our base and he cant walk in it because that chunk only on his end is gone
Sometimes when my friend joins my world his minecraft glitches and some of the chunks dissapear and he has to make a platform when i can walk on it because i dont glitch out only he does
You know, you have a point. My bad.
I moved it out of the saves folder and I could play, I might move it back though I don't use that world anymore. I also was hesitant to report it, I'm glad I did.
